Lab Fails to Create

It says my Amazon AWS account is connected and I create my lab but the Admin box for my lab fails to startup and I can't create any other systems. I'm not able to stop or reboot the Admin box either. I've tried deleting the lab and re-creating, deleting the cloud formation stack and re-connecting with no success. Is there something I'm missing or something I need to do to my AWS account?
